🌊 Flow Sessions

Flow Session unfold as a conversation between your energy and mine—quiet, intuitive, and unique to you. What follows describes what often happens in a session, though no two are ever the same.

Each session begins with asking for energetic permission and tuning in—through your words and through the subtle currents in your energy field. I notice where energy flows freely and where it feels stagnant, depleted, or calling for attention. From there, I follow your body’s lead with hands, heart, and focused presence.

Sometimes a part of your body reaches out, almost as if to say, “Over here—I could use some help.” Other times, we may explore together through a check-in process to discover whether the source feels physical, emotional, ancestral, or connected to a past life or soul-level pattern. I simply follow your body’s guidance and respond with presence.

I’m not here to fix you. I serve as a conduit for Universal energy, focusing it wherever your system asks. Throughout our session, I hold the highest vision of you—vibrant, whole, and deeply supported—while your own inner wisdom leads the way.

You are welcome to ask me what I am feeling and doing, quietly go into your own body and follow along, or simply drift off to sleep. It all works. From beginning to end, I hold the vision of you—every aspect of you—as safe, healed, and whole, and provide the energetic connection for you to realize this vision.
