I bring experience in energy work, bodywork including physical therapy, polarity therapy, craniosacral therapy, and soul‑centered support—but in truth, your system leads. All we’re doing is creating the conditions for it to remember how to move, rest, and restore.

Each session begins with permission. I listen carefully—through conversation, stillness, and subtle cues from your system. I don’t diagnose or direct. I attune. What your body is already expressing becomes the guide.
Nothing is imposed. Nothing is overridden. Some areas may draw attention. Others may soften on their own. Sometimes the experience feels physical; other times emotional or energetic. Often it’s a blend. There’s no need to label or interpret—we stay with what’s present.

Flow Sessions can be experienced in person or at a distance. Because this work is based on presence, attunement, and state—not physical manipulation—distance doesn’t limit its effectiveness.
Energy can travel across distance, even if we don’t fully understand the mechanism. Most of us don’t know how a TV remote turns the television on using invisible infrared light, but it does. In the same way, the warmth and far‑infrared energy naturally emitted from the hands during attuned work is real and measurable.
