What a Flow Session Is Like
Flow Sessions unfold as a quiet conversation between your energy and mine—intuitive, responsive, and unique to you. What follows describes what often happens in a session, though no two are ever the same.
Every session begins with energetic permission.
I listen through your words and through the subtle movement in your energy field. I notice where things flow easily, where something feels depleted or stagnant, and where your system is calling for attention. From there, I follow your body’s lead with hands, heart, and focused presence.
At times, a part of your body will feel as if it’s reaching out—saying, “Over here… I could use some help.” Other times, we check in together to sense whether the source feels physical, emotional, ancestral, or connected to a past-life or soul-level imprint. I simply follow your body’s guidance and respond with presence.
My role is not to fix you.
I serve as a conduit for Universal energy, focusing it wherever your system asks. Throughout the session, I hold the highest vision of you—vibrant, whole, and deeply supported—while your own inner wisdom leads the way.
You’re welcome to ask what I’m sensing, follow along quietly in your own body, or drift into rest. It all works. From beginning to end, I hold the vision of you—every aspect of you—as safe, healed, and whole, and I provide the energetic connection for you to realize this vision.
