Workshops for Flow, Energy, Chakras, Meditation, Stress Relief & Transformation

Zoom workshops are a gentle way to step into Flow with others from your own home. Experiential, interactive and designed to meet you right where you are. Most workshops are held on Sunday mornings and last just three hours, making them easy to fit into real life while still offering a meaningful shift. Each one includes exclusive handouts and a free PDF (normally sold in the shop).

Groups are intentionally small — no more than ten people — so there’s space for questions, reflection, and real connection. The Way of Flow workshop is a deeper dive: a full‑day intensive that gives you time to settle, explore, and experience the model from the inside out.

Five Elements
An experiential exploration of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth as living patterns of energy moving through body and emotion. Rather than studying the elements as concepts, you begin to recognize them as expressions already present within you. As that recognition deepens, what once felt rigid often becomes more fluid, and your relationship to your own energy begins to shift.

An experiential exploration of the chakra system as a living architecture of energy flowing through the body and emotional life. Using the metaphor of the house we live within, this workshop invites you to notice how awareness moves between levels of experience. As inner channels feel less obstructed, perception refines and your sense of inhabiting yourself becomes steadier and more whole.

An accessible exploration of meditation as a return of attention inward. Rather than striving for a particular state, you begin to notice what shifts when the mind is given space to settle. In that settling, awareness clarifies, and a quieter form of authorship becomes possible

From Stress to Well-Being


A grounded exploration of stress as something that moves through the body and nervous system, not just the mind. Rather than fighting stress or trying to eliminate it, you begin to notice how regulation returns when awareness and relaxation work together. As reactivity softens, everyday experience becomes more manageable, and choice re-enters places that once felt automatic.

The Way of Flow

Rather than forcing change, you begin to see how patterns soften when they are met with clarity instead of resistance.
