Feel the Flow
Shift your energy. See what happens next.
The energy we bring to our own lives does not stop with us. It becomes part of our families, our communities, and our world.
Feel the Flow is an invitation to join me in a shared mission: to explore, facilitate, and advance well-being within ourselves, within our communities, and within our world.
We Are Energy
We are energy before we are physical form. The body is one expression of that energy, but energy also takes form through our sensations, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, words, relationships, choices, and actions.
Energy may be constricted, circling, guarded, overwhelmed, excited, or vital. It becomes patterned, but it never disappears.
Energy is flow, and flow is energy.
We are always in the flow. The question is not how to find it or how to get back into it. The question is whether we can recognize the forms our energy is taking—and choose more consciously how we direct it.
As we become aware of our own energy, we can begin directing it toward greater well-being for ourselves and toward what we want to contribute to our families, our communities, and the larger world.
The Way of Flow
The Way of Flow grew out of more than forty years of exploring transformation — through my doctoral work in Development and Learning for Transformation, teaching and clinical practice in physical therapy, meditation and energy work, Polarity Therapy, and continuing study of frequency and vibration.
Across those very different settings, I began to recognize six events that helped me us participate more consciously in the energy we are already creating and expressing.
We become aware of the form our energy is taking. We accept what is present so that we can see it clearly. We recognize that we have a choice. We take action that gives our choice form. And we trust the movement we have begun, even when we cannot control where it will lead.
Awareness → Acceptance → Choice → Action → Trust
These are not steps we complete once. They are movements we return to as life brings new experiences, new questions, and new opportunities to choose what we will create and contribute.
There are different ways to enter this exploration, and most of us move among them.

Different Channels. The Same Energy Flow Connects Us.
Feel the Flow can be entered through experience, exploration, and learning. These are not levels to complete. They are different ways of meeting the same developmental work, and most of us move among them.
Experience
Work privately with Jill through intuitive coaching and distant energy sessions. Begin with what is present and discover what changes when it is met with attention.
Exploration
Follow your own questions through articles, reflections, videos, guided practices, and explorations of energy and consciousness.
Learning
Bring structure to your exploration through workshops and courses in The Way of Flow, Chakras, Five Elements, Meditation, Stress to Well-Being, and adult learning.
Practices Help Us Work Consciously With Energy
Stress management helps us recognize how energy becomes tension—and how it can move toward well-being. Stress to Well-Being →
Meditation helps us become quiet enough to feel what is happening within us. Meditation →
The Five Elements help us recognize recurring patterns in how energy moves and changes. Five Elements →
The Chakras offer a way of exploring how energy is expressed through different dimensions of our lives. Chakras →
The Way of Flow helps us become aware of our energy, make conscious choices, and participate in what happens next. The Way of Flow →
Each practice offers a different way to recognize the energy we are living and become more conscious of what we create with it.
Each is an instrument in the same orchestra. Each helps us become more capable of hearing what is already trying to emerge from within—and of participating consciously in what happens next.
Participating Consciously in Your Own Life
Each new challenge asks for more than the right technique. It asks for someone who can notice what is happening, listen inwardly, make a conscious choice, and learn from what follows.
Feel the Flow exists to cultivate this kind of self-responsible consciousness through lived experience, developmental practice, and reflective inquiry.
The work is toward becoming a trustworthy participant in your own development—someone able to meet each new question with greater awareness, choice, and inner direction.
From that consciousness, greater well-being, deeper intuition, meaningful transformation, and fuller human potential can naturally emerge.
Where This Work Comes From
I’m Jill Newman Henry, EdD, APP, PT(retired). For more than forty years, my work has moved among physical therapy, adult education, subtle energy, and the study of transformation. These have never felt like separate fields to me. Each has offered another way of asking the same question:
How do human beings change—and how do we learn to participate consciously in that change?
I explored that question formally through doctoral research in Development and Learning for Transformation. I have continued exploring it through teaching, writing, energy practice, and life itself.
Feel the Flow is where these threads meet—and where the inquiry continues.
Begin With a Sincere Question
Your deepest work is already within you. The task is not to manufacture it. The task is to create the conditions in which it can emerge.
Begin with the question that brought you here. Follow it into a reflection, a practice, a workshop, a course, or a conversation.
Schedule a Complimentary Conversation
In my former professional life, I trained clinicians not only how to treat, but how to teach, and later worked with trainers in business and industry. Certified Facilitator of Adult Learning grew from that experience and my doctoral work in adult education—another branch of the same lifelong inquiry into how people learn, develop, and transform.
Facilitating Learning That Changes Something
Teaching adults involves more than presenting good information. It means creating the conditions in which experience becomes understanding, understanding becomes competence, and learning becomes something a person can actually use.
The Certified Facilitator of Adult Learning course brings together adult-learning principles, course design, active participation, competency development, and the deeper process through which meaningful change occurs.
The 20-hour self-paced course is available through two pathways:
Independent Study
Complete access to the CFAL curriculum for those who want to explore and apply the material on their own.
Certification
The complete curriculum, personalized feedback across seven areas of course development, and individual mentoring as you create or refine your own course or workshop.
CFAL is designed for educators, trainers, practitioners, coaches, and anyone responsible for helping adults learn.
