Seven Chakras Workshop
A practical map for understanding energy, emotion, and awareness
Why the chakra system caught my attention
When I first heard the word chakras, I assumed it belonged to a practice from India and wasn’t especially drawn to explore it. It felt outside the medical and educational worlds I knew at the time.
That changed when I read Hands of Light by Barbara Brennan. It was the first book I encountered that spoke clearly about color, frequency, and the body’s energetic structure—how the body forms through energy, and how that energy organizes itself through specific centers.
Seeing the body as energy and development
Through my study and experience, I learned that while there are thousands of chakras in the body, there are seven primary ones that form a developmental sequence. Together, they describe a natural progression—from physical safety and security, to relationships, to personal power, to love learning how to be unconditional, to expression and communication, to inner listening and intuition, and finally to connection with the soul or higher guiding intelligence within us.
What made the chakra system meaningful to me was not its history or terminology, but how clearly it mapped real human experience.
Chakras as a practical reference, not a belief system
At its core, this work is about energy—frequency and vibration. The chakra system gives us a way to understand where energy flows easily and where it becomes restricted.
Rather than approaching challenges as isolated problems, chakras offer a reference point. When something feels off, the system helps orient attention. Is energy stuck in the belly? Is expression being held back at the throat? Is there a lack of grounding or a sense of disconnection?
The chakras don’t tell us what to believe. They give us a map to explore what’s happening.
What we explore together in the workshop
In this three-hour workshop, we move through each of the seven main chakras, looking at:
common physical, emotional, and energetic patterns associated with each center
what imbalance can feel like in everyday life
a variety of techniques that support balance and harmony
This workshop can serve as an introduction for those new to the chakra system, and it can also deepen understanding for those who have worked with chakras before.
Support you can return to afterward
Because the chakra system contains a lot of information, the workshop includes extensive visual handouts and reference materials. These can be used after the session as quick guides—whether you’re working with yourself or supporting others.
Many people find it helpful to return to these materials when a particular issue arises and they want a clearer place to begin.
An invitation
If you’re curious about understanding yourself through the language of energy—without turning it into diagnosis or dogma—the Seven Chakras workshop offers a grounded, practical way to explore balance, awareness, and flow.
How this workshop works
This is a live, small-group Zoom gathering. You don’t need to be perfectly ready or have anything figured out—only a willingness to show up and engage with what’s present for you.
The workshop is experiential and participatory, with guided exploration, reflection, and space for questions. Visual handouts and reference materials are included to support continued use and reflection after the session.
Registration and payment are completed through the sign-up options below. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and any additional details.
If you feel drawn to this workshop but cost would make it difficult, please reach out to me directly. I’m happy to offer a coupon that helps bridge the gap between what you can comfortably pay and the full workshop fee. I believe that one well-timed experience can change the course of a year—and sometimes a life. At the same time, honoring the value of the work helps keep these offerings sustainable. My intention is to meet both needs with care.
If this feels aligned, you’re warmly invited to choose a session below.
