Rooted in the natural rhythm of Awareness, Acceptance, Choice, Action, and Gratitude, it invites a gentle return to Flow through lived, embodied experience.

Way of Flow is a relaxed, experiential workshop. Sessions weave together reflection, imagery, conversation, and gentle awareness practices in a supportive small-group setting. Comfortable clothes and a quiet space are recommended.

Jill Henry, EDD is an educator, facilitator, and longtime practitioner of energy awareness and embodied learning. Her work weaves together decades of experience in adult education, physical therapy, and subtle energy practices, offering spaces where people can return to clarity, ease, and natural flow.

Jill’s teaching style is relational, experiential, and grounded in trust — inviting participants to listen inwardly, move gently, and reconnect with what already knows the way.
